A centrally located two storey solid brick, three bedroom home set on a 1,000 m2 block with around 150 m2 of living space. One of very few homes of this standard in such close proximity to 'Legian Beach', restaurants and night clubs.

• The master bedroom features a double bed, fitted with a canopy & mosquito-net. It has a built-in wardrobe and is fully air-conditioned & opens onto the back terrace with a beautiful outlook of the garden & swimming pool. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with toilet, hand-basin, shower & bath.

• The second & third bedrooms are also air-conditioned. Both bedrooms have a separate doorway leading to a shared en-suite bathroom which includes a shower, toilet and hand basin. One bedroom is fitted with a double bed & the other with two single beds.

• The comfortably furnished living area, is adjacent to the dining area, and has full length glass/wooden doors which open onto the back terrace which runs across the entire length of the rear of the house.

• Thee is a 'servery' from the kitchen, to the dining area, which seats six (6). The kitchen is well equipped & is accessed from the hallway which leads from the front door to the living area. Fixtures include, a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, water filter and ample cupboard storage. There is also a pantry.

• The 'figure eight' shaped swimming pool (measures10 meters x 5 meters) is tiled and has a maximum depth of 1,50 meters and 1,00 meter at the shallow end. Perfect for entertaining & general family leisure. There's also a small section of the pool which is divided off from the main swimming area by an underwater tiled wall,- designed for small children to bathe in safety, and has a depth of 70 cm.

• In the garden a detached pavilion/pergola (bale) serves as the outdoor dining area (seats 6), which overlooks the pool & garden. There is also a barbeque for out-door entertaining!

STAFF
- The two (2) household are a ‘live-in’ couple who take care of all house keeping, the garden, pool & general maintenance, both of whom live on the property in the detached staff quarters.
- An additional ‘maid’ works at the villa when rental parties exceed more than three (3) persons.
