Villa Gates is a peaceful 3 bedroom retreat complete with infinity swimming pool and tropical garden, located in a quiet traditional village of Tiying Tutul offering unlimited views of rice fields, banana trees & sugar cane plantations to the west & mountain glimpses to the north.

The villa is nestled in agricultural belt in the Southwest of Bali, designated by the government as “Green Zone”. A 35 mins driving from Bali;s international airport & within 5 mins drive to Echo beach.

This brand new villa was constructed in 2007/2008 offers spacious private accommodation while enjoying the calm of the wide & unlimited views to a rural rice field & mountain glimpses. Due to its abundant use of glass in the construction, the views are unspoilt even from within the buildings. The guests & visitors have already called this villa “The private little paradise to live in forever”.

Villa Features
Newly build 3 bedroom deluxe villa and spacious dining & living area. The master suite, dining / living area & the two standard bedrooms are each located in separate buildings thus creating privacy for the guests. All buildings offer unlimited views.
The master suite measures 5m x 5m & has large en-suite bathroom. 2 x standard bedrooms have cosy, partially open air bathroom & outdoor shower.
All bedroom are air-conditioned & complete with safety deposit box.

Relaxing by the pool & enjoys the views when lying in the cosy pool pavilion or whilst swimming in the infinity pool, lying down on the lounge seats at the large wooden pool deck.

The water garden in a pond with fish koi is adjacent to the living-dining room. The garden stands full of tropical flowers, plants & shrubs. The frangipani trees have many perfumed blossoms.

The Villa is competed with IDD telephone, satellite LCD-TV & DVD theatre system are available in the living room.
